Lindsay Bhandari is Vice President of Digital Integration and Transformation reporting to the Chief Information Officer. Lindsay is responsible for addressing ‘how we work’ across the CIO organization to accelerate execution through integrated planning and prioritization, sequencing of work, and transparency in decision-making. This includes implementing the framework and process for prioritization of CIO initiatives to accelerate technology delivery and improve expected outcomes by sequencing the highest priority work across CIO. She also leads the execution of our Enterprise Operating Model, including adoption of agile methodology, transparency of work, and overall organizational maturity.

Prior to her current role, Lindsay was Vice President & Head of Capital Markets Technology, where she was responsible for technology delivery and strategic development of Fannie Mae’s trading, treasury, operations, conduit, pricing, and structured transactions technology platforms. Lindsay was also responsible for leading multiple strategic initiatives for the Finance organization and simplifying the legacy infrastructure. She also previously served as Chief of Staff for the VP of Finance Technology, leading the technology PMO, establishing operational processes, metrics, and executive reporting for the organization. Before joining Fannie Mae in 2004, Lindsay was a consultant with American Management Systems.
