Tetiana is a Director of Business Development at Hexaware Technologies where she is responsible for building strong customer relationships and growing new profit channels with clients in the IT sector for Travel, Transportation and Hospitality vertical. She has been working with clients who are Fortune 50 through 500 companies as well as funded startups and mid-sized businesses.

Before Hexaware, Tetiana was instrumental in closing deals and successful execution of projects in clinical trial management and telehealth suits, patient enrollment sites and testing drug applications as a part of Avenga, a company based in NJ, USA and Ukraine.

  She brings overall 14 years of experience in IT, delivering strategy in customer experience solution engineering, managed services, but and software products. She is a Salesforce certified admin and has vast experience in PMO processes. Tetiana started out as a part of the call center and expanded into project management and subsequently into the client partner role. 

 After more than a decade of working with global teams Tetiana believes that the diversity of thought and inclusion are the key drivers of innovation in the tech industry. And one of the ways to achieve it is to increase the female representation in Technology.
