As a transformational leader, Tanuja is driven by a strong desire to innovate and develop new business solutions in the financial industry.

Currently serving as the Head of the Tooling Services Tribe at SWIFT, Tanuja directs the strategic vision and operational excellence of tooling services encompassing DevOps, monitoring, service observability, and service and asset management. Her extensive domain expertise in these critical areas enables Tanuja to lead technological advancements and drive operational efficiencies within SWIFT's global financial messaging infrastructure.

Tanuja Ghodgaonkar holds a Masters of Computer Science degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, India. Beyond her professional achievements, Tanuja is an active member of the Optimist International Club of Manassas, recognized for her outstanding dedication to community service with the Most Dedicated Person award. Outside of her professional pursuits, Tanuja is a devoted mother of three, actively involved in her children's milestones. She enjoys an active lifestyle, including participating in half marathons and ten-milers, and has a passion for cooking.
