As an Engineer by education, Padma is a design-led engineering enthusiast. She gets excited by the idea of applying these engineering principles to help businesses flourish and the pragmatic approach to unlock the best RoI for the clients. After working for corporations like Microsoft, AT&T & Cox she understood very clearly that no one-size-fits-all, and that led to the birth of Virtue Tech.

Padma founded Virtue Tech to bridge the ever-changing landscape of cloud technology with the consistent needs of traditional businesses. As new services emerge and evolve, many organizations find themselves challenged by the lack of bandwidth to stay abreast of these innovations. At Virtue Tech, the focus is on demystifying this dynamic field for the clients by identifying and implementing the right solutions that align with their long-term goals and respect their current limitations.

Beyond the technological arena, Padma channels her energies into nurturing the next generation through her engagement with two non-profits. One focuses on enriching children’s lives, and the other is dedicated to empowering young women – Shakti program (https://www.empowershakti.com). Her love for dance and poetry finds a unique expression in creating dance dramas for children, where her passions converge: the art of dance, the rhythm of poetry, the joy of teaching, and the delight of engaging young minds. The Shakti program focuses on transforming the lives of underprivileged young women by providing them with training in Cloud and placing them in projects where they can showcase their talents and grows.
