Marcia Culver is Vice President and Director Software Engineering Workflow Solutions for T. Rowe Price. She is responsible for leading business transformation including establishing enterprise workflows streamlining business processes, reducing risk and improving efficiencies and performance in support of T. Rowe Price's client engagement. 

Her career in IT leadership spans over 25 years, including 8 years in the Financial industry, 16 years in the Petroleum industry and 6 years with a non-profit organization.

At T. Rowe Price, Marica is a member of the Women in Technology (WIT) Advisory Board and serves as the co-chair of the Inclusive Leadership team which works to ensure women technologist at T. Rowe Price are supported by technology leaders who have the competency and skills to openly engage on topics of gender bias and inclusion. 

Marcia earned her BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Tulsa.
