Linda Tai is Fannie Mae's Chief Technology Officer. In addition to spearheading the rapid evolution of technologies that support the housing finance ecosystem, she also leads the organization's technological response to market and regulatory demands.

With more than 25 years of experience building and leading Fortune 100 financial services’ technology organizations, Linda is not just an executive: she's an entrepreneurial change agent. Her reputation as a tech trailblazer and industry diversity champion precedes her. Linda has a knack for spotting and nurturing exceptional technical talent across various disciplines, making her a modern industry leader.

Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Linda served as a Managing Director at Bank of America for four years. She also spent two decades at Goldman Sachs, culminating in her role as a managing director.

Linda holds a Master of Science in mathematics and computer science from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Arts in music from the New England Conservatory. She speaks at numerous industry events on topics such as fintech, digital transformation, and strategic innovation. She is passionate about sharing her experiences executing technology, process, and IT culture changes.
