With over 20 years of experience in managing complex and high-profile programs across large companies and business units in both the UK & the US, Katharine now leads the US business as Senior Vice President US Operations & Business Development, Mindera.

She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Mindera US business as well as scaling US operations with new clients & clear strategic partnerships.

She is a superlative planning executive and partner to Mindera. Simply put, she helps organizations get stuff done whilst bringing everyone together and along on the journey.

She is passionate about creating the right opportunities for businesses to work together to give back to the community through partnerships, education, and tech programs. Some most recent examples at Mindera include the partnership with ACFC & the work being done with the Los Angeles LGBT Center. Mindera is also building out their outreach program in the US, which brings together the social and network aspects of the role, the community work, and meeting potential new client partners and like-minded individuals who share the same ethos and values.

As an avid solo traveler, Katharine loves to visit new places, be open to new experiences, explore different cultures & continue to learn from these adventures.
