Kat joined Lucid Software in 2017, having spent more than a decade in management-side employment law. She was previously a shareholder and director at Clyde Snow & Sessions with experience in preventative advice and counsel, workplace investigations, and employment law training. She holds a B.S. in business administration and management from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from the University of Utah.
