Gwen leads the global DE&I journey for Hexaware. She strongly believes for DE&I to be a moral imperative and to be a crucial business growth enabler, supporting the company in becoming the employer, partner and supplier of choice. 

Gwen has 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, working in tech and telecom corporates where she led international teams, built talent development and DE&I related programs, and people-managed multiple acquisitions, outsourcing projects and integrations. 

Gwen is based in Amsterdam, graduated in Human Resources and completed DE&I programs at the University of Amsterdam and Insead. She is a thought leader member of the platform Diverse Leaders in Tech and a mentor at Roots Inspire.
