Fiona McCrae is a cybersecurity engineer at MITRE. She graduated from Northeastern University in 2022 with a BS in Cybersecurity and a Political Science minor. Her work spans the intersection of cybersecurity and public policy, including new technology development and the development of strategy and policy documents. During her time at Northeastern she was a part of the Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (CCDC) team, the Computer Science Mentoring Organization (CoSMO), and Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS), with which she is still affiliated at MITRE. Her accomplishments include the 2022 Compass Award for Khoury College, and being named one of Khoury’s 40 for 40 innovation champions following her graduation.
