An engaged board member and executive coach with more than 15 years of global leadership experience, I founded Coaching Conversations in the belief that leaders who seek diverse inputs make better decisions, creating healthier organizations.

I serve as Executive Director of The Cyber Guild, a not-for-profit organization who activate leaders to increase diverse, nontraditional thinking and talent at all levels of cybersecurity. As a member of the board of The Washington Centre, a leader in the provision of internships and academic seminars, I serve on the executive committee and chair the strategic planning subcommittee. I am a board advisor for Evans and Chambers, a software development company, and previously served as a Global Ambassador for Vital Voices, which identifies, trains, and empowers emerging women leaders across the world. 

As a former global senior human resources leader at BAE Systems, one of the world’s largest aerospace and defense contractors, my contributions included creating an operating model and executive structure for a $11B division across four continents and launching the corporations global Inclusion Symposium.
