Cathy Romero leads the marketing and events initiatives for Mindera’s US region.

A marketer with over 10 years of experience in events, product marketing, communications, and customer success, Cathy is a pro at driving growth and engagement through cutting-edge marketing strategies.

Her approach to digitizing and automating processes has boosted internal and external stakeholder engagement, showcasing her abilities for blending technology with community building. She has experience as a marketing generalist, as well as managing large budgets and external teams to meet organization goals.

Cathy also has a breadth of experience working with international audiences and in the security and entertainment industries, including AI projects. She is a portrait photographer and considers herself to be a lifelong volunteer. Her favorite show is 30 Rock; growing up, it was X-Files. She is happily married and a proud dog mom of two mini sheepdogs.
